Are the prices shown in Monthly Prices?
Yes. All TSW (The Stager’s Warehouse Inc.) Staging Furniture Rental prices are for a 30 day rental period. We have worked hard to keep your wallet in mind by offering everyday competitive pricing alongside a Tiered Discount Program that is automatically applied to renewal months as follows: 2nd month at 15% off of first month’s sub-total (original amount), 3rd month at an additional 10% off of 2nd month’s sub-total

Does TSW have Delivery?
Yes. Currently our delivery service is third party; however, in order to make staging easy and seamless we can make these arrangements on your behalf. Our partnered movers are professional, courteous and reliable. Please visit our Delivery & Pick-Up page for more information.
How soon can TSW have my order Prepared?
48 Hours. Or Sooner! We will always do our best to meet your project timeline.
Do you allow Customer Pick-up and/or Drop-off?
Yes. However, if you decide to pick-up or drop-off your order, please make sure to come in an appropriate vehicle. Nothing worse than showing up in a smart car to pick up a couch (it ‘aint gonna fit) or an open pick-up truck in a torrential rain storm (something’s going to get damaged). Also, depending on the weight/size of your
order, this DIY option may require you to bring helping hands.
As helpful as our warehouse staff is, they are not professional movers and are not trained or equipped to load large/heavy furniture into your vehicle.
Does TSW have a minimum order requirement?
Yes. $250 minimum for pick-ups and $500 minimum for orders to be delivered.
Do I have to call you to place my order?
No – Shop instantly in Real-Time! We are please to offer one of the only “Real-Time Inventory” & “Self-Check-out” Staging Rental Furniture Websites out there. If you see it available on the website then you can rent it. We accept Amex, Visa and MasterCard at our Secure Online Check-out. See How to Order for more details.
How far in advance can I place my order?
7 Days. We ask that you place your order (online or with us in the showroom) no more than 7 days in advance of your delivery date; However, we do encourage you to reserve your Delivery Date up to one (1) month in advance as the movers tend to book up quickly!
What happens if I change my mind and do not need some of the items that I ordered?
A 15% Re-Stocking Fee will be applied to all items that have been pulled and packed. This re-stocking fee covers the administrative pulling, prepping and/or transporting of the rental furniture item/s.
Do you offer assistance with Staging Design and Furniture Selection?
Yes! We offer FREE in-house Staging Consultations. While our showroom is byappointment-only, we welcome all visits and will work one-on-one with you (and your clients) to bring your staging design to life! Our convenient in-house Ordering Stations also allow you to put your online order together on-site from our showroom floor. Be

We fell in love with our rental furniture, can we purchase it?
Yes. With the exception of a select few pieces, you may purchase your rental items. Please contact us prior to your contract ending for buy-out prices.
